Drying System Installation Management
TDC can oversee installation of Drying Systems and equipment.  When TDC sells a Drying System the contract includes overseeing the installation.  Beyond that TDC Specialists are available to oversee expansions, updates, upgrades, conversions and any work done on the Drying System.  We check plans, inspect work, and ensure the integrity of the design is carried out.

Drying  System Operator Training and Startup
TDC provides Operations and Maintenance Manuals, including P&IDs and as-built-drawings, with every new system.  TDC also uses these manuals to train your operators.  Training sessions typically last one to two days and include classroom study, a system walk through, and system demonstrations.

During start up TDC works closely with plant personnel to explain the process and give the operators hands on training, as well as answering any questions they may have. 

TDC is also available for further training as needed.

Drying System Performance Analysis (DSPA)

What is a DSPA?
DSPA is the study of the condition of the equipment, gas flow, pressure drops, fuel usage, evaporation rate, emissions, and other characteristics of your drying system.

Based on the analysis TDC will prepare a report recommending options that will potentially:

Maintenance and Repair
Routine maintenance and timely repair of worn or damaged parts of your system is critical to keeping it safe, efficient, environmental friendly, reliable and durable.  TDC can provide these services.

TDC is available by phone, e-mail, and fax to answer any questions or concerns you may have.  In cases of emergency, consultants are available twenty-four hours by phone.  If further assistance is required, TDC will send a representative to your site as soon as possible.
